Common questions

How much do I need saved?

Less than most people think. We'll look at your real numbers and the loan programs you qualify for — some first-time-buyer programs need very little down.

What does it cost to work with Laila?

Nothing to you as a buyer, in most cases — the seller typically covers the agent commission. We'll go over everything up front so there are no surprises.

Why does the loan side matter?

Because Laila is a licensed loan officer too, she handles your financing directly. No hand-off, no lost details between two people, faster answers when it counts.
